Whenever possible, we look for USA-made products and manufacturers that stand behind their products with strong quality standards and long-term guarantees. We also choose not to carry rawhide products, giving pet parents alternatives they can feel more comfortable providing to their pets.

In addition to being trained and certified in professional grooming techniques and pet care, our team members are also CPR certified, helping us be prepared to respond quickly in an emergency.

Each month, our team participates in a dedicated retraining day to refresh our skills, stay current with proper handling techniques, and learn new approaches to caring for pets. We continuously work to find ways to make grooming and handling a more comfortable, positive, and low-stress experience for every dog in our care.
